4.4 lbs of ox bones;
1 bunch of cilantro;
2 tablespoons of apple vinegar;
5 garlic cloves;

It would be better to make this broth in a wood burner or in a charcoal stove since the gas expenditure can be high, as the recipe cooks on low heat for 24 to 48 hours.
